Religious and cultural development forms an important foundation of Dheerana Youth Forum.
Through the teachings of the Dhamma, young people are encouraged to develop compassion, discipline, gratitude, patience, honesty and respect. These values help them make responsible decisions and face life with wisdom.
This area also promotes an appreciation of Sri Lanka’s cultural heritage, traditions and customs. Through religious observances, Dhamma discussions, meditation, cultural programmes and temple-based activities, members are given opportunities to strengthen both character and identity.
